Ordering and shipment confirmation:

After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email and a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped.

When will my order arrive?

All orders. Yes  are shipped from the U.S. via the United States Postal Service.

Once an order is shipped, it can take 1-7 business days to arrive in the U.S. (depending on where you're located and the shipping method selected).

International orders: Delivery times vary by country. It can take 1 week to 4 months for international orders to arrive(depending on where you're located). Delivery times do not include customs processing times. 

What are the shipping costs?

At this time, all shipping  costs will be added to your card and the total price will be adjusted and final costs can be viewed in the checkout section. 

International orders: Depending on the value of your order and the destination country, you may be charged import or customs charges. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please note that there may be delays due to customs and other regulatory policies in your country.

Delivery Conditions:

While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred. This can be a result of a delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight. This includes but is not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.

Please check your order upon arrival to ensure it contains the right contents.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be 100% happy with the items you order from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for exchange,  or merchandise credit within 14 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. . If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange or merchandise credit.

The returned item must be unused and accompanied with a Return Slip. Please email Info@glowandhalo for a copy of the slip. We will provide you with instructions on where returns should be shipped. 

Returned merchandise should include the original packaging and tags.  Please note: used merchandise will not be accepted for  exchange or merchandise credit unless defective. 

Customized, personalized, or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. All Glow + Halo  purchases made at craft shows and pop-up shops are final sale and do not qualify for an, exchange or merchandise credit.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please ship your return, prepaid and insured, to us at the address listed on the packaging slip. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of your return.

Please note that any Glow + Halo  item purchased online may be returned only by mail to the online boutique at which such item was purchased and must follow the boutique's return procedures(if applicable).
